All tutors are required to read and comply with our Safeguarding Policy at all times.

Booking: Scheduled tuition lessons through Pak Green Academy. Contract: Agreement for a tutor to provide tuition services. Booking Tutor: A tutor qualified and experienced in his/her advertised subjects, organizing lessons via Pak Green Academy. Complaint: A claim that a tutor’s service is below expected standards. Failed Payment: An outstanding lesson fee that could not charge successfully. Finders’ Fee Tutor: A tutor arranging lessons outside Pak Green Academy. Lesson Fee: The combined hourly/Monthly fee of the tutor and website. Members: Both tutors and students using Pak Green Academy. Subscription: Recurring service packages sold on Pak Green Academy. Student: A person intending to form a contract with a tutor for services. Tutor: Includes both Booking Tutor and Finders Fee Tutor. Easy Paisa / Bank Account: Our designated payment gateway.

All interactions and transactions are governed by these terms. In case of any conflict, these terms will prevail.

Pak Green Academy facilitates the introduction of tutors and students, enabling profile reviews and bookings. While we strive to keep your data secure, we are not liable for unauthorized access to any information you provide.

Members must use the platform responsibly and not post misleading, illegal, or offensive content. Pak Green Academy does not vouch for the accuracy of information posted by members and advises caution.

Be at least eighteen years of age. Possess relevant qualifications and experience. Ensure their profile and subject information is accurate and truthful. Disclose any criminal convictions. Indemnify Pak Green Academy against any liabilities arising from their use of the website. Not engage in abusive behavior. Handle their tax and insurance liabilities themselves. Do not make assignments on behalf of students.

Students (or their guardians, if under 18) must: Verify the tutor’s credentials and suitability. Be responsible for supervising all tuition sessions. Use Pak Green Academy solely for arranging tuition, not for other promotional activities. Manage bookings and cancellations through Pak Green Academy, adhering to cancellation policies.

Payments are processed via Easy Paisa or bank account provided by the Pak Green Academy. By using that, members agree to its terms and provide necessary personal information for account setup. Members can choose to handle payments directly, but Pak Green Academy’s share of fee is still applicable.

Pak Green Academy is not responsible for the actions of any members, nor for any direct or indirect consequences of using the platform. Members agree to indemnify the platform against all claims arising from their use.

The content and software on Pak Green Academy are the property of the platform, and no part may be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Pak Green Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at its own discretion. Members' use of the platform is at their own risk and subject to the terms outlined.
